Windows 10: Conversion xls to pdf page size must set to A4 through script

How to change Microsoft PDF printer default paper size from Letter to A4?

Hi, my problem is Microsoft Print to PDF is printing a Letter-sized doc as A4. In the Microsoft Print to PDF Properties dialogue box under 'Features', the only paper size listed under 'Paper available' is A4. But if I click on 'Preferences' and then 'Advanced'
there's a list of paper sizes available that shows 'Letter' has been selected. So it seems the problem is the Paper/Output option I've selected as 'Letter' is not changing the A4 'Paper available' feature in the Microsoft Print to PDF Properties. Does anyone
know how I can change that or add a 'Letter' option to the Properties dialogue box? It's really important I get this fixed. Thanks in advance if anyone does know.

 

Microsoft Print to PDF not showing all available page sizes.

Windows 10 Home edition. Also happening on my work PC which is probably some Enterprise edition of Win10

When I go to Print Server Properties for Microsoft Print to PDF I have over 50 page sizes set up including a few custom forms.

When i try to print through Microsoft Print to PDF using Visio (or anything else) the page setup from the print menu only shows the option for A3, A4 and a few other small page sizes.

Any suggestions on how to see all the page sizes?

 

How can I adjust print settings for PDF postcard to A4 document?

I have an invitation which is a 2 page postcard size (14.8 to 10.5) which I am sending as a PDF.

How can I keep the document postcard size (so that when you open the document it's a 2 page postcard size document scaled to 85%) but then set the print settings so that people who receive the document need not adjust their printer settings, and can just
print to A4 size? If I change the print settings on the document it simply distorts the whole document by making it A4! Thank you!
