Windows 10: Convert from Windows 10 32 bit to Windows 10 64 bit

When Microsolf asked me if I would like to upgrade from windows 7 to Windows 10 I said yes. I was then asked if I wanted 32 bit or 64 bit, I did not check my computer, I though the computer was 32 bit so I asked for 32 bit. Last week I found out my computer system type: 32 bit operating system x64 bit based processor. Is there a way to upgrade from Windows 10 32 bit to Windows 10 64 bit with out having to reformating my hard drive.

Another simple question. The architecture of my CPU is 64-bit but it was running 32-bit Windows 7 SPi. Therefore it got upgraded to Windows 10 32-bit through $Windows~BT Folder. Can I convert it to Windows 10 64-bit and upgrading by downloading the 64-bit Tool from Windows 10
