Windows 10: Convert Pen to Mouse Function

Hi,



Am looking for a way to force the pen on my external tablet monitor to behave like the mouse using keyboard shortcuts.
App in question is MS Whiteboard.
Have tried uinsg "left click" as a setting in the driver, and holding down the left click on the mouse and moving the pen cursor.
No joy.

Any tips gratefully received.

Pen functions stop working - requires re-start of OneNode 2016 to get pen functionality back

I'm encountering a very odd issue. I will be writing in OneNote with a pen and suddenly, the pen stops working.

• The pen is visibly selected in the ribbon bar but the functionality is "Type".
  
• I have also noticed that "Lasso Select" may be visibly selected but the functionality is "Type"

The only way to get the pen functionality back is to re-start OneNote. This seems to occur regularly after ten minutes of use.
