Windows 10: Converting child account to adult account

My daughter turned 18 a few weeks ago. Her account had been.a child account. After turning 18, all the content filtering and child restrictions still applied to her account.We tried various suggestions from community discussions to try to fix this problem. None of them worked. What finally worked, though, is to change her birth year to 1 year earlier. So it looks like there is a bug in the Family Safety feature when deciding if a child is now an adult or not. Instead of taking into account day-month-year, it is only taking into account the year of the family member.Sharing this tip with the co

I am converting my adult account to a child account because my daughter has been using my account for games. Now I want to create a new adult account for me and convert the existing adult account to a child account. I keep getting the message that it
requires verification by an adult with a charge to a credit card, but it never gives me the option to enter the credit card. The screen just reverts back to the profile screen. I need help.

  the issue persists?
• Have you tried clearing the browsers cache and cookies?
• Have you tried checking if there are available updates for your Windows 10?
• Did you try to create a new adult account and convert it to a child account?
