Windows 10: Copilot does not appear to open

When I click on Copilot, it does not appear on my screen. When I highlight the icon on the taskbar, it displays like it should. It is acting like it is off-screen, and I cannot move it. I tried connecting to an external monitor, but I have the same results. I tried restarting the computer, but I still have the same issues.

Copilot randomly got removed from taskbar options.

I can understand how frustrating it is when an essential feature like copilot disappears unexpectedly.

Here are few steps to fix this issue.

1. Open Settings.
   
   Click on Personalization.
   
   In Taskbar, check if the Copilot toggle is off. If so, turn it on.
   
2. If Group Policy Editor isn’t working, try these steps:
   
   • Press Win + R, and enter gpedit.msc.
     
   • Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar.
     
   • Look for any policies related to Copilot and ensure they’re not disabled.

Clicking on Copilot taskbar button or pressing Win + C does not open Copilot

I am using Dev build 23606 with the newest Edge version and I have the copilot feature. However, clicking the copilot icon on the taskbar does not open copilot. The copilot pane that should appear on the right side of the screen does not appear. This problem occurred after I installed Build 23595. At first Copilot is working but after I opened and closed it a few times, the next time I tried to open it, Copilot does not open. The button responds by coloring its background white but the Copilot pane does not open. I've tried the following but copilot is still not working:

-Using the run dialogue to open microsoft-edge://?ux=copilot&tcp=1&source=taskbar

-Restarting

-Resetting Microsoft Edge settings and then restarting

-Toggling the Copilot taskbar button on and then off in Settings -> Personalization -> Taskbar
