Windows 10: Copilot does not work properly. I can't chat with it.

Copilot does not work properly, it says "it did not get my messages, and ask me if i can send message again. But i had send it my messages 10 times. But it does not get my messages. It has happened many times now. Before i could chat with Copilot, there was not any problem before. my: android 13, samsung phone, google chrome. It must be error in Copilot it self.My phone, android 13, and google chrome latest update work perfectly.And there is other problem too:In option below this text, i should choose "Products", but Option - Copilot does not exists. Why not?

None of the methods to disable Copilot work, can't even hide it
