Windows 10: Copilot GPT never works via shared link

I have created a copilot GPT and it works fine for me, however, when I sent it to others to use via a link, it does not work. The link also does not work for me when I open it is a private browser.I get the following error when posting a first message: It looks like your last message was interrupted. Would you like to try re-sending?These GPTS are meant to be available and usable to users via links.

None of the methods to disable Copilot work, can't even hide it

I do not want the copilot gpt list. It just showed up, I did not install it or want it.

All of a sudden this afternoon a copilot gpt list showed up on my computer. How can I get rid of it, as I do not want it
