    Copilot pro not working in word


    Hello,I have a Microsoft Office 365 Family subscription and I bought a Copilot Pro subscription. However, when I am in Word, Copilot has stopped working and is stuck with the message "Please wait for the pane to finish loading". Could you please advise on what I should do to get it working again? Additionally, I am facing other issues such as not being able to save on my drive, even after reinstalling Office. I am experiencing these problems only on my local version of Office installed on my home computer. However, everything works fine on the web Office apps.Thank you.
