Windows 10: Copilot sign-in problem Verify Age

Hello microsoft, My problem has been going on for about a couple months now since the new copilot update where it asks to verify my age. I'm over 18 20 years old and it still asks for age verification even after confirming my info for a few times now. Is there a way to confirm my age AND to use the app like normal?

Unable to sign in to copilot from copilot+ laptop

Greeting

I purchased Samsung's new copilot laptop.

I tried to sign in copilot, but it is not possible to sign in.

Actually, when I press the sign in button, nothing happens.

Weirdly, I can sign in from the other web browser(such as Google's Chrome), but Microsoft Edge and Copilot App are not.

I tried to initialize Edge's setting and set up again, but the issue was not solved.

Not sure how other people's copilot PC is going on, but I want to fix this issue for new experience.

 

Copilot randomly got removed from taskbar options.

I can understand how frustrating it is when an essential feature like copilot disappears unexpectedly.

Here are few steps to fix this issue.

1. Open Settings.
   
   Click on Personalization.
   
   In Taskbar, check if the Copilot toggle is off. If so, turn it on.
   
2. If Group Policy Editor isn’t working, try these steps:
   
   • Press Win + R, and enter gpedit.msc.
     
   • Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Start Menu and Taskbar.
     
   • Look for any policies related to Copilot and ensure they’re not disabled.
