Windows 10: copilot stuck in a loop of "we cant talk about that, sorry."

As stated above its been in this loop for over a day now, I've unistalled and reinstalled the app, ive logged out and back, ive tried to exits all conversations it wont respond, ive also tried to run the thread out until it hits an error, but nothing has worked. Its just in a "ask me something else, sorry we cant talk about that, sorry cant help you" answer for everything. Thanks,Chris

None of the methods to disable Copilot work, can't even hide it
