Windows 10: Coping my Win 11 O/S to HDD

I bought the Win 11 Home version on a USB stick . And I'm trying to copy it to my new WD Blue 1TB HDD. I've tried it using my Insignia USB 3.2 Gen2 HDD enclosure, model#NS-PC25HDE-C.However each time I've tried it gets almost done @ 99%, then i get this pop up: Destination Folder Access Denied. so continue then it says i need special permission to copy folder. How do i get it to copy the autorun line to the HDD?

  HDD
  and

How Cloning HDD to SSD disc Win 10

Can I old HDD with Win 10 / 64 bit somehow Direct coping, cloning, etc. to SSD disc, from which tools or App, or do I have Beckup win 10 to some blank HDD and Restore it to new SSD disc!?
