Windows 10: Copy and paste code

    I just made a YouTube channel and edited my first video in the Photos app on my Windows 10 Surface Pro 3. When I finished, I clicked on "Export or share" and then selected the medium size and waiting for it to create the video. After it finished and was at 100%, I selected that I wanted to post to YouTube. Then, I entered all of my information and double checked it was all correct, but when I was finished it pulled up a page saying "Please copy this code, open your application and paste it there" or something to that affect. Please help me, I have done the same thing multiple different times and nothing worked. What can I do?

    Hi Sandra,

    We need more information about your concern so that we can identify the cause of the copy and paste issue. Please provide the following:

    • What browser are you using?
    • Is this issue happening with a specific website?
    We suggest trying to do the same function (Copy and Paste) using a different browser and using other website as well.

    We would also like to know if you are experiencing this within a specific browser.

    To further identify the cause of the issue, we suggest performing a clean boot to check if there are any startup programs that could be conflicting with the copy and paste function. For steps on how to perform a clean boot, click
