Windows 10: Copy file in Drive C to disc in Drive E.

    Copy file in Drive C to disc in Drive E.


    I have a new CD-R disc that I put in Drive E on my PC with Windows 10. I want to copy an existing file from Drive C to that disc. That did not work but I received a message that, "Windows was unable to complete the format." What can I do now to fix the problem?

    Cannot access E drive when tried to copy a file.

    I tried to copy a file to the E drive and it says it can't access the E drive. Any suggestions I am new at this. Thanks.

    Copying files to drive E

    I am trying to copy some files to drive E, I keep getting a message that I have files waiting to be copied, but do not know how to proceed. When I highlight the files and hit "copy", another one simply appears in the list of those to be copied. Please help
