Windows 10: Copy files from HDD to Phone MicroSD stops middle of operation

Hello out there,


I've got roughly around 90GB of Music I wanted to copy from my HDD to in my phone's Galaxy Note 10 inserted microSD-card.

The thing is it always ends the copy operation after about 23,5GB.

No error, no Information. Nothing. Rinse and repeat, same happens.


Somebody got a clue how to get the music on it?


Windows Specs:

• Windows 10 Pro
• Ver. 21H1
• Build: 19043.867

PC Specs:

• Basic PC ~ Ryzen 5, 16GB Ram, geforce 2060 et cetera~

Samsung USB Drivers are installed, Windows is up to date and basically I can't imagine there's a driver conflict.

I have no specific stuff nor did I play with any settings. Neither any antivir wich could block it, except Windows Defender.

Edit: I thought about it and what about "path_length". I've sorted much Albums and EP's in Sub-Folders wich contain other sub folders. Might that be the problem? If so, would there be an easy way to find and replace all of them, perhaps with some sort of command?

can not copy file from usb flash to HDD

Hi.

I am trying to copy files from usb to hdd, It stops in middle of operation and forced to end operation from task manager to return, files (video) are working with no problem from usb on PC.

Please help.

Java.nio.file - Copying files

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one
