Copy my files from the Recycle Bin with their real names

My computer has HDD with dual boot windows Windows 8.1 and 10Due to frequent power cuts the system was always freezing and once the system was corrupted and was showing phase1 initialization failed on Windows 8.1 and stuck in disk check on the other system Windows 10 and the disk health deteriorated to 5% I known that too late.I replaced the damaged hard drive with new SSD, installed clean Windows and I am transferring my files, the problem is that I kept many of them in the recycle bin, and when trying to access them from the $RecycleBin folder on the old disk, the file names appear in

    recycle bin

    Hi George,

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

    • Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
    • Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
    • Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Missing desktop icons and recycle bin

No problems on the current Windows 10 on three computers I have running dual screens. Desktop Icons only appear on the primary screen.

All icons including the Recycle Bin not showing. The Recycle Bin could be the cause.

There was a bug / glitch during the Insider Preview builds that would flash up a message saying the Recycle Bin was corrupted or missing.

It seems that the Recycle Bin attempts to build a list of recycled files on all the drives on the computer. If the recycled files id is out of sync, that caused the bin to fail.

    Suggest:

Copy some files; then delete them; then reboot and see if the Recycle Bin appears.

Copy my files from the Recycle Bin with their real names

Retain File Names no name mangling when move/ cut from Recycle Bin

Retain File Names without name mangling when Move/ Cut select Files from Recycle Bin to a selected location

Retain File Names without name mangling when Move/ Cut select Files from Recycle Bin to a selected location
Move/ Cut select Files from Recycle Bin to a selected location retaining File Names without name mangling?
"Windows Behavior" when cutting/ pasting or drag-dropping the files to some location/ folder, all the names are mangled.
Names are mangled like this: $REA9O58.xxx
The only option Recycle Bin gives is:

    • Restore
(do not wish for files to go back and mixup with other files in Original Folder) or
    • Cut
(When pasted or Drag & Dropped to new location, the original name is mangled).

Any way around this to put select files into other location folders from Recycle Bin?

    PS: OS: Win 8.1 x64
