Windows 10: Copy - Paste not working on second local account

create second local account for another user to log in and using the PC, when trying to copy paste files, I'm able to copy using mouse or ctrl+c but when I click paste or ctrl-v the screen blinks. When I tried to repeat the same event with the task manager opened, it shows windows explorer status suspended then restarted. It happens even when I tried to paste the files on the same folder, to different folder, copying the files from and to another computer in the local network, no paste command can be executed.Using both the standard user or administrator resulting the same, but only

Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are

• Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
• No Internet connection during the install
• static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)

 

New Local Account Not Working In Windows 10
