Windows 10: Copy phone number to clipboard pops context menu to dial-out

Hi:Numerous users have reported losing the ability to copy a phone number to clipboard then right-click, which would pop a Windows context menu giving them the option to dial out to the phone number using the default phone/TEL application.For example, they could do this with a phone number in an Outlook email, typically in a signature. So I'm not talking about the click-to-call functionality in web browser, rather this was apparently a Windows feature.Was this feature disabled/shut down, perhaps in April cumulative security update?Thank you,Bob H.

Auto fill in for dialing past dialed phone numbers

Can the Windows phone (HTC 8x) auto fill in a phone number that's stored on the phone? When I go to call someone on my contact/people list, the phone does not give suggestions as to which number I want to dial. If say, I start with the area code 510, my
Droid used to start showing me all the past numbers I've dialed, including my contacts, that had 510 as the area code. This phone does not. Can it do that?

 

Dial number from clipboard via Skype

Sometimes I have international phone numbers I only need to use once or twice. They are sitting somewhere in calendar, e-mails etc... I can copy them to clipboard. But how I would dial them using Skype? I didn't find any other way than write them down
with a pen and then type back to Skype. And often pen is not available on the go...
