Windows 10: Copy speed gradually decreases maybe due to GPU

Hey all,
I have a year old MSI gaming laptop:
My configuration is:
1050ti
1 TB HDD with16 GB of intel Optane
8 GB of RAM and USB 3.0

Some months ago I tried to install Nvidia CUDA driver.....and it failed to install some patch.
So I read it in a blog to uninstall and remove all Nvidia drivers and software.......but without uninstalling I just went to program files and deleted the folder that said Nvidia and the installation was a success. I didn't bother to check what went wrong. But after a few months, I had an issue when I try to copy/move some files the speed starts at 100 MBPS and gradually decreases to 10 MBPS and later to 10 KBPS. If I disconnect my charger from my laptopif incase while moving I had it connected to a power source I get a speed surge for 5 sec or so to the normal speed and later it goes off to the slow speed.

I tried resetting my windows even formatting c drive and reinstalling windows but nothing did the trick.
Can anyone give me a solution, please.......I have been facing this issue for several months now.

The hard disk space gradually decreases

I use the computer to surf and play it, but I always find that the hard drive is gradually decreasing and even though no programs or other things have been downloaded

I tried to clean up the disk from temp files but it returns the decrease, stop downloading updates and still to keep the problem corrupted

what should I do ??

 

Download speed decreased to 0.2mbit (from 6mbit) after upgrade from Win8 to Win10

Hello,

im experiencing very strange problem because download speed after upgrade to Win10 has decreased. Upload speed is still about 20Mbit/sec. I tried following:

• multiple network devices- Primary is LAN adapter, secondary LTE phone. Altough the ping is different and upload speed on LTE phone network is slower, both network connections suffer from very low speed (0.2Mbit). And yes, I tried different pc and
  
• newest drivers installed
• dns cleared
• antivirus uninstalled, no malware found. No improvement in speed either
  
• p2p update redistribution disabled

Before reverting back to Windows81, do you have any suggestions?

Problem still not solved!

I found a solution maybe. With GPU overclocking (on GPU with ATI Radeon driver) They suggest to raise the voltage or decrease the CPU clock. I don't want to try it before I'm not sure that It can't make any harm. Is there anybody who had used this solution for some problem?
