    Copying and Pasting Documents


    I am using windows 10. I recently decided I no longer wanted to back my files up in my Onedrive, so I turned off all the backing up and I am copying the files from the one drive to paste them back into my computer. When I went to my documents in my one drive folder, I could copy some folders from there and paste them back into my PC without any problems. But some of my folders, when I click on paste to paste it back into my PC, they stay at 0% complete and sometimes will pop up with an error, I think saying some of my files won't work and asking if I want to "skip" or "try again" but is there a way I can fix those files?

    • Are you not able to copy or paste the files?

    • What exactly happens when you try to copy the files?

    Hi Sandra,

    We need more information about your concern so that we can identify the cause of the copy and paste issue. Please provide the following:

    • What browser are you using?
    • Is this issue happening with a specific website?
    We suggest trying to do the same function (Copy and Paste) using a different browser and using other website as well.
