  1. Copying files internally is absurdly slow STILL

I know this another old issue affecting all W10 users that Msft has ignored, but since we're supposedly stuck with W10 forever, is anything ever going to be done to improve file copy speed? To duplicate a directory of about 800 mB is taking over an hour which is absurd.

    :)

    Java.nio.file - Copying files

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one

Absurdly slow photo preview load on fast system: Hi, this seems ridiculous. I have a Gigabyte Z390 motherboard running 64GB of ram with a Gigabyte GTX 1660 graphics card and a Samsung 970 Evo Plus drive.
