Windows 10: core did not turn off after shutdown

Hi everyone, I just notice that my core did not turn off after shutdown because I checked my core's uptime. A restart does make the core turn off though. Is this a feature or a bug and does it affect my laptop performance?

It looks like the .reg file in step 2 of Option Two in this tutorial worked to turn on Core isolation for you.

Correct, you could use step 3 to turn it off.

If above command wont work try below suggestion.

1. Click the “K” menu in the bottom left corner.
2. Click “Logout”.
3. Knoppix will begin shutting down.
4. The Knoppix CD will be ejected.
5. Remove the CD and close the tray.
6. Press Enter on the keyboard.
7. Knoppix will attempt to turn off the computer automatically. If it doesn't turn off automatically, it is now safe to turn off the computer yourself using the power button.
