Windows 10: Core Isolation / Memory Integrity / BSOD Issues;

I recently started having some issues with my computer running Windows 11. For the past few weeks, Windows Security has been saying Memory Integrity is off. When I try enabling it, I've noticed there's nothing that pops up regarding incompatible drivers, but when I enable the setting and try to restart, one of the following happened: · The computer actually just restarted but it loaded incredibly slow before freezing for a few minutes, then it turned to a black screen with the startup sound. After a few more minutes, the login page will finally show up. · It'll try to restart but leads to t

What is Memory Integrity in Core Isolation? Is it helpful to avoid malware, phishing, and ransomware? Is there any Performance drop when Memory Integrity is turned on? What is the percentage of performance drop? Does it affect battery life when memory integrity is turned on? Does it also increases CPU usage?

Please answer all my questions and give another information about Core Isolation- Memory Integrity regarding Battery life, CPU usage, RAM usage, and System stability,

Not able to perform steps in Option 1
Under "Windows Defender Security Center", "Device Security" is not an option.
Winver reports Version 1709 (OS build 16299 402)
The processor is Intel I3
Virtualization is enabled in system BIOS.
