Windows 10: Core Isolation Memory Integrity fails to enable

I tried to enable Core Isolation -> Memory Integrity feature in Windows Defender. but it fails because the incompatible driver is below. I have already uninstalled this program in the control panel. How can I solve this problem?

Cannot Turn On Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Settings

Not able to perform steps in Option 1
Under "Windows Defender Security Center", "Device Security" is not an option.
Winver reports Version 1709 (OS build 16299 402)
The processor is Intel I3
Virtualization is enabled in system BIOS.


Please advise.

What is Memory Integrity in Core Isolation? Is it helpful to avoid malware, phishing, and ransomware? Is there any Performance drop when Memory Integrity is turned on? What is the percentage of performance drop? Does it affect battery life when memory integrity is turned on? Does it also increases CPU usage?

Please answer all my questions and give another information about Core Isolation- Memory Integrity regarding Battery life, CPU usage, RAM usage, and System stability,
