Windows 10: Core Isolation Not Displaying Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist

Dear Microsoft Support Team,I am experiencing an issue with the Core Isolation feature on my Windows device. Specifically, the Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist is not displaying correctly under Core Isolation settings.Problem Description:Issue: When I navigate to Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation on my Windows 10/11 machine, the Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist is either missing or not showing up as expected. Hi, I am trying to find the option in setting on windows 10 to disable or enable Microsoft vulnerable driver blocklist, however it doesn't show up when I go into the core isolation tab, its not even grayed out I just cant even see the option. I have tried going to windows 11 but It still doesn't show up.

 

Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist missing

On a clean install of Windows 11, Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist is missing in Core Isolation. Only Memory Integrity is there and even that is off by default. I had to turn it on during the initial setup along with windows updates.

Why is the blocklist feature missing in Core isolation? I've done several clean installs and it's always missing.

Checking in the Core Integrity folder in system32 i see a file called driversipolicy.p7b.. Does it mean the Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist is functioning and it's a Windows Security UI bug?

Every other protection feature work as intended. Real-time protection, cloud based, sample submissions. I only have to turn on Memory Integrity during the first boot. Only problem is the missing Microsoft Vulnerable Drivers Blocklist. It was there before i did a clean installation.

If the Vulnerable Driver Block list is not showing up on your system, you can use the registry edits provided by Shawn on this link to enable/disable that list, this works for both Windows 10 and 11.
