Windows 10: Corel Photo Impact Pro13 fails to start with update for Windows 11 in June of 2023

Corel Photo Impact Pro13 fails to start with update for Windows 11 in June of 2023 and had been working on this computer HP Laptop in May of 2023. Launcher says "Initializing u32Wbm.fio" hangs-stalls for a minute or two and then closes.BTW, PI-13 works good on my travel computer, Windows-11 Compaq and a Win-10 Desktop HP and a Win-10 Laptop Acer.Have tried compatibility modes for latest service packs of XP and VISTA without success.

@TV2, What is the exact name and version of that program cause "Corel Paintshop Photo Pro13" isn't registering in Google? Is it in-fact X3.

Windows 10 Photo app not showing recent photos on Start page slideshow, although they go up to June 2023. Still stuck on March 2023 photos. Even when go to Settings and reset to Recent Photos, won't update. Have Repaired app.
