Windows 10: Correct Cartridge

Discus and support Correct Cartridge in Windows 10 Customization to solve the problem; I bought an Officejet 6962 Printer but one out of 4 cartridges work. What do you think is the problem?     Correct Cartridge


    I bought an Officejet 6962 Printer but one out of 4 cartridges work. What do you think is the problem? I am using an Acer Home Edition Windows 10 PC.


    Please advise.

    ink cartridge

    For Printer Ink cartridge problems you should read any troubleshooting steps at the printer manufacturer's website or ask in their forums.

    When and if you install a new cartridge their installed software has alignment, etc. steps.

    But they are the ones to ask about that.

    Epson is making you throw away your ink cartridges with 20% of the ink still in them.

    Step 1: Buy a Brother printer
    Step 2: Buy 1 dollar or less cartridges off ebay

    I don't even bother with refilling anymore when it's this cheap and easy.

    Dear Shilohbob:

    The cartridge was a new retail one, so I put the old cartridge back in and the printer recognized it. I took the new cartridge back and got a replacement cartridge. I also cleaned the print head.
