Windows 10: Correct password won’t work

I was tryng to update my graphics drive on AMDs website and around 98% download stoped and said there were some broken files so i downloaded AMDs sugested file finder and it found the problem said my pc is in a bad state and asked to do a reset i then come to realize after the reset my correct password no longer worked i then changed then password completely and that password still didnt work i dont know what too do at all please help

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: On-Screen Keyboard

You may use the accessibility options to pop open a on-screen keyboard and type the password from there to make sure you are typing the correct password.

Step 2:

If you see your email address listed there, it must be a Microsoft account. You will be able to reset the password and log in if your PC is connected to internet.
