    Correcting "Invalid value for registry


    On my PC I have a D: drive D:\Image Library Photos containing a file 2000\100-0004_IMG.JPG which worrks for my "Steve" userid.


    I have granted my wife "Louise" access to the directory but when she tries to use the file In Windows Explorer she gets a popup:

    "Invalid value for registry"


    The files in the above directory contain the photos of all our holidays for a couple of decades, so her inability to get to the files is creating a bit of a problem...


    Any ideas how I can correct this problem?
