    Corrective Downloads KB5001648 and KB5001649


    ...48 arrived after "Win Update needing attention" message, and is taking 2 goes to Install, having failed the first time. Haven't seen ...49 yet. I understand these are to do with earlier March Update errors that caused screen-of-death and graphics printing errors [haven't seen the first and haven't done any printing]. I wondered if these Critical Errors caused the problem I referred here a few days ago. I had to use scannow and the Microsoft fix [it also fixes Update Downloads] to stop being hounded by Win Update about non-existent offerings.

    One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

    Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.
