Windows 10: corrupted color of jigsaw pieces

Upgraded to Windows 10 on old Dell Laptop. Playing Big Fish 1001 Jigsaw Earth Chronicles (3 versions), all of the puzzle pieces display only in blue/green spectrum. Got a new HP laptop, installed all updates, installed all purchased Big Fish games from their website; same issue. Checked for driver updates etc., tried various resolutions, contacted Big Fish "help", still NOTHING has changed. Colors of puzzle thumbnails are fine; colors of puzzle pieces are wrong--no reds or yellows. This does not happen with other 1001 Jigsaw games, only "Earth Chronicles" games. I am out of ideas. Anyone with a solution--please make it simple as I am not a computer nerd, just an old woman.

Puzzle pieces splits in Jigsaw

My Microsoft jigsaw started having problem after upgrading to windows 10. The puzzle pieces are cut off in the middle. They are connected, but in the middle of the next piece. I don't know how to really explain. Can't match pieces when they are cut off on
the edges.

Microsoft Jigsaw Will Not Load

I was getting Error Code: 0x803F8001 both before and after "uninstalling" Microsoft Jigsaw. It worked perfectly for years, but stopped working within the last week. It would start to load, and eventually bomb out. I have tried the following suggestions:

• Uninstall Jigsaw. Now I cannot reinstall Jigsaw. Get Error Code: 0x803F8001
  

• All steps above from Jomari Arc . Step #4 took longer than expected, but it did eventually do what you
  said. These steps did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw.

• Microsoft Windows Store App. Troubleshooter - It ran and said it fixed a "possibly corrupted cache" . This did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw.

In a similar community, titled "Microsoft Jigsaw Error code Ox803F8001", I tried all of the steps from Loraine Mon, from this link: Microsoft Jigsaw Error code Ox803F8001

Again, this did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw. Messages are "downloading", then "acquiring license", and then it errors out with Error Code: 0x803F8001

Day after day, same problem. Xbox and Store and Solitaire all work fine. Microsoft Jigsaw is the problem. When it was installed, it bombed out trying to open. After "uninstalling", it will not reinstall.

This must be due to the corrupt video or display drivers or due to misconfigured Internet Explorer settings.

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• Is this issue specific while trying to play the Microsoft jigsaw?
