Windows 10: Corrupted files and bsod loops

Hello, I used macrium reflect to clone my drives to my new pcs drives. The new pc is a completely new system and has drastically different hardware. I was experiencing crashing due to an unknown issue that I'm vaguly aware of now. I used a SFC and CHKDSK scan to check for corrupted files. Now I am experiencing a NFTS file system error whenever booting. I am unable to use any windows media tool to revert anything back, I can only access the console. In the past when Ive dealt with the previous issue created by macrium reflect I've been told nothing will fix it but it randomly goes away and re appears. I have use a bsod error dump file reader to see that it is repeating the same issue over and over again. THe issue is its trying to access a file that isn't there in the system or a file that's broken. Right now my main priority is to get it to boot so I can deal with the corrupted windows files. I have tried reinstalling but it wont let me without deleting all my data or ill have to install windows on my game drive which would cause more problems later down the line. I cant remember specifically what was causing my error previously, so I have to solve the bsod loop error first so I can access the data.

Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

I hope the above steps will help you repair the corrupted RAR archive.

BSOD at shutdown PFN Corrupt message

I ran with verifier two days without any BSOD excepting the PFN LIST CORRUPT that occurs at shutdown. I went back through all steps and here are the logfiles. Log Collector stopped when msinfo.exe timed out. I reran this manually and it got hung at OLE Registration step.
