Windows 10: Corrupted MsApoFxProxy.dll , failed to repair , Blue screen error:DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE

I have a Blue screen problem with error: DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE, I ran an sfc/Scannow and identified a driver that cannot be repaired or MsApoFxProxy.dll, premise, I don't know if the two problems are connected, the fact is that I don't know how solve.

I've been getting blue screens weekly, roughly. Here are two kinds of blue screens I've been seeing:

Driver power state failure

Driver irql not less or equal

What failed: tcpip.sys

Also, my Wi-Fi adapter has been crashing almost daily. I would run the troubleshooter, and it either says it is not fixed (at which point I shut down the pc), or it says the wifi adapter was disabled and fixes it by enabling.
