Windows 10: Corrupted SETUP File on Windows10 i.s.o.

It appears that the setup.exe file in the Windows 10 i.s.o. on Microsoft’s website is definitely corrupted. I downloaded the Windows 10 i.s.o using the Media Creatiion Tool on a bootable flash drive as I intended doing an inplace reinstallation of the operating system on my PC. Thereafter, when I open the file and click on Setup, I get the following error message: The File Autorun.dll could not be loaded or is corruipted. Setup cannot cotinue. Error code Ox7E I then downloaded the i.s.o again, but as before the same error message is displayed. Is there an alternate way to

Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

I hope the above steps will help you repair the corrupted RAR archive.

• how are you installing the application( is it through DVD/ setup file downloaded to the computer)?
  

This issue might occur if the setup file is corrupt..ask I would suggest you to download a new copy of the wondershare application.

I would also suggest you to put the computer in clean boot and install, the wondershare application.

• May we know where and how it was deleted on your computer?
  
• Were you able to check if the deleted file can be found in the
  Recycle bin?

As an initial step, we suggest that perform a DISM command. This will help repairing possible system file corruptions. Follow these steps:

• Type command in the search box.
• Right-click on the result and select Run as administrator.
• Type this command: DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
• Press Enter.
• Close the Command Prompt windows and check if changes were made related to the Modern Setup Host file.
