Windows 10: Corrupted Videos After Importing from Phone

Several months ago, I started having an issue with videos being corrupted when importing from my Android phone to Windows. It doesn't happen to all my videos, but it happens to a lot of them.Instead of the video showing up when I import, I get a green screen. When I click on that green screen, the video appears, but only the left third. The right 2/3 of the screen is gray.As I tried to research this issue I'm not that tech savvy, I read that it could be a bad graphics card, so I contacted Intel. They tried to help me and uploaded a generic but up-to-date graphics card. I was hoping that

Importing photos

Is the phone not recognized or is it not importing the pictures automatically?

Is Nokia PC suite installed in your PC? Is that not recognizing the phone as well?

I would suggest you to open device manager and check if the device is listed in the device manager. Right click on the start button and click on Device manager. Check if the device is listed there . If it is listed, right click on the entry and click update
driver. If the device is not listed, check if the device is listed under other categories. I would also suggest you to click on the 'View' menu button and click on "show hidden devices' and check if you find any entries related to your phone. Try these steps
