    i have a corsair h100 from 2012 that has been acting weirdly. it randomly boosts itself high rpm then back to normal and sometimes turns itself off. i have to shut down my computer then start it for the h100 to turn on again.

    i've checked the wires and im sure they are fine. since a restart does not make the h100 to turn on again.

    is this normal wear and tear on something like a processor cooler that is 4 years old? should i rma if the warranty still active?

    ready boost doesnt work in windows 10

    I'm running 120 gig 10,000 rpm and a 300 gig 7200 rpm not using insider version no 3rd party not using ready boost which interferes with apps

    intel i7 4790k

    16gb corsair vengence

    500 gb samsung ssd

    1tb western digital hdd

    corsair h100 gtx liquid cool

    corsair 750 w psu

    980ti Hybrid

    Windows 10 64 bit

    I tried those steps and it didn't work. It's very strange.. it seems like it does close all the programs it needs to and then it just hangs for an extra minute. Could it be a hardware issue?
