Windows 10: Cortana folder is missing

Hello everyone, my name is Mathieu and i got this issue that i cant use cortana anymore. When im trying to do a little search with my search bar cortana open for a second and then suddently close in my face. I tried with the windows icon and its the same thing. Im sick of this problem because its been almost a year and i didnt founded any fix for this. I tried the thing with powershell, tried everything and then i looked onto my System apps folder and i saw that Cortana's folder was missing inside. If someone could help me to have this folder back i would be really grateful and im really sorry for my grammar im not 100% english . Copying the foldery going into youre file explorer, OS disk, WINDOWS, and after search for the folder system apps, if someone could copy the cortana file and give it to me i would be so thankful, Thank you in advance!

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled
Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.
