    Map voice navigation killed by Cortana

    Can you follow the
    troubleshooting steps provided on this thread     and if you're still having issues with voice instructions can you share the following details?

    • Your OS version
    • Your Maps app version
    • What language are you running the OS in?
    • What language are you running the Maps app in?
    • Do you have Cortana enabled or disabled?
    • Do you see your location updating on the map when you're in guided navigation?
    • Can you hear any other sounds from the Maps app in guided (e.g. speed limit alert or beeps when an instruction is near)?

    Cortana Notebook

    In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

    To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

    • Go to Cortana.
    • Go to Settings.
    • Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.

    WhatsApp on E72 consuming a lot of RAM

    I have observed that WhatsApp consumes a lot of RAM on my E72. So much so that I can't even use Maps or browse heavy pages. To free up the RAM, I need to switch it off but even though I exit the program, it still is running in back ground and consuming the
    RAM.



    Is there any way that I can close this program ? Currently I am using NetQin to close it but its a very lengthy process.



    Also if any of you are using an equally good program kindly inform so that I can switch over.
