Windows 10: Cortana gives the wrong location when asking for the weather.

When I ask cortana to give me the weather she gives me the wrong location when the weather app is set to my location. I wonder if this a bug or something that can be fixed?

Cortana wrong weather location

I have the same problem. I have set my home location in Cortana's notebook in About Me and under Weather I have added my city. When I ask Cortana what the weather is at home she gives me the weather at the wrong location ( 2 hours away). When I tell
her this is the wrong location I get the reply "Here is some information that should help you" and shows me a map of the wrong location. I've told her "this is the wrong location", "this is not my home location", "this location is incorrect" and she either
shows me a map or does a bing search. I finally turned her off.

 

Why does cortana always give me the weather for montreal

I keep asking Cortana "what is the weather like outside" and she gives me the weather for Montreal, Quebec every time. She used to give me weather for my city when I asked, but since the last patch she hasn't. My computer says that the date and time settings
are correct, MSN Weather also has the correct date and time for my location. I even set Cortana's options (under weather heading) to my location as Vancouver. NONE of these settings even have Montreal listed or marked. Please help!

So with all of us asking the same question why isn't it fixed or at least addressed?

If you ask Cortana specifically i.e., "What is the weather in Pittsburgh?", then she will give you the correct weather report. The location function is a joke.
