Windows 10: Cortana nearby weather

I have always had cortana set to give me my nearby weather in the summary / news feed area. Until two days ago it has always been spot on. So precise in fact it actually lists my post code! But suddenly accros all our machines she is now reporting another post code. It's not too bad as it's a location only 2 or 3 miles away but am puzzled why it's now out.

out of curiousity I opened the maps app to see where the blue dot thinks I am. In here it is spot on with correct location so it's just cortana that's slightly off

The rest of those are from BING and not Cortana.

 

Cortana Weather Update Problem

Hello guys,

i m in india and have updated my L525 to wp8.1.

for a first couple of hours cortana was working fine and gave all weather updates...

but after i spent long time (2-3hrs) asking personalised questions and texting with cortana, she stopped answering questions like...

how is weather like today

how is weather in new york

where am i

find nearby restaurants

how is traffic on the way to home

rather she puts uo a bing search for the same...

it is only in the first question mentioned that she pulls up forecast but that too without verbal answer and follow up commands.

heres what i have already tried

soft reset and delete cortana data on cloud.....two times reset and a number of times cloud deletion...!!;

all other things are going great including my indian accent...!!

please help me as soon as possible...or will i have to wait till beta tag gets removed...??

Cortana correctly shows my village for the weather, but the source is actually about 20 miles away
