Windows 10: Cortana Not Available In The Region And Language You Have Selected

As far as i can see i have all the langauge, region, currency & locale information set to English UK but im still getting the following when i try to activate Cortana,

Any Thoughts?....

Cortana is available in laptopn running windows 10, but not PC with windows 10

I have a HP laptop running win 10, Cortana is available with English (India). But the same settings language and location as English (India) in my PC with win 10. Cortana isn't available, says Cortana isn't supported in the region and language you have
selected. But the region and language in my laptop and PC are the same. What is the reason Cortana is absent in my PC? anyone?

Cortana is available in the following countries/regions: China, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, and United States. Cortana is available in these languages: Chinese (Simplified), English (U.K.), English (U.S.), French, Italian, German, and
Spanish

• To use Cortana, all these settings must be set to the same language:
  • Languages (this is your device language)
  • Speech language (language pack must be installed)
  • Country or region

I suggest you to set the region and language correctly.

1) Go to Control panel and select Clock region and language.

2) Click on Language and set it to English as default.

3) Next select Region and in the Drop down select the region which supports Cortana.
