Windows 10: Cortina permanently ON

Discus and support Cortina permanently ON in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; For some unknown reason the "Start" box remains continually turned on.     Unresponsive Cortana

    Cortana seems to have major issues!!!!!! Tries to Open and then Closes. Freezes all other apps, etc.

    One more point and then I am done. Placed the tablet out of tablet mode so now I have the Cortina seach bar and it seem to work, however, no "Hey Cortina"

    This Cortina app is a mess.

    My Dad had a classic 1966 1600cc Cortina MK I with trigger handbrake :-D.

    cortina = 'curtain' in Spanish.. strangely appropriate for Windows. Maybe not the best name for a car in Spain...
