Windows 10: Could i charge My pc using usb c charge?

Hi Microsoft, you see i got a dell pc Inspiron 14 5410 almost a year ago. and sometimes, whenever i charge the pc using the charger it usually doesn't charge but shows that its charging. I've checked for any dust or lint but there wasn't any. Only sometimes when i restart and make the charger so that there is a object under it the light indicator opens and it starts charging. and ive done some digging and saw that there was a usb c adapter on the left side of the computer. i also bought a Nintendo switch and found that it is also usb c charger. So if i plug it in, will it be able to charge

there does NOT appear to be a CMOS battery

what should my next steps be?

- fully charge existing battery and see if i remove it and install back teh next day whether its still fully charged?

- charge the battery for 18 hours to charge the internal CMOS battery?

- suggestions please as Im not sure

• though u have got an usb charger cable it is not possible to get each and every phone charge by the cable.
• the particular phone must have provision for usb charging, in other words the device should have been calibrated for usb charging.
