Windows 10: Could not delete account

Hi,My account has been being hacked. The hacker has been trying to access my account many times.I tried to log out everywhere but it did not work.At the moment, I want to delete this account. I tried but failed as my account was said to be linked with an unknown association. The hacker once succeeded in logging in and afterwards linked my account with his association.Please help resolve this issue.Thank you.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Deleted account keeps reappearing

Step 1: Steps to Remove a User Account in Settings
