Windows 10: could not login to any account

A very serious problem happened to me today after an "update". After reboot, I was presented with a login screen and could not login to any acccount. User pictures were shown but passwords did not work. I tried every login since the laptop began. I went online (on another computer) and no problem logging in, then changed my Microsoft password. Still can't get past that error message. I restored a backup image from last week. Still no joy. The only backup I have from before Win10 v2004 is from October 2020. Haven't tried this yet but if it works how do I prevent this from happening again??? Never seen anything like this in decades of using Windows. What the hell do I get into my computer???

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

  Login to your computer through administrator account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the user account, you want to remove.
  
• 
  Click on the Remove button.
