Windows 10: Could snipping tool support recording with hotkey?

Hello everyone,The snipping tool support takes screenshot with win+****+s. But I can't find any hotkey to record screen win+****+r shows the same screenshot UI as win+shift+s.Will snipping tool support recording with hotkey and even custom hotkey?

There isn't a hotkey. But you can assign one (works for all Windows versions with snipping tool, even Windows 10):

what are the hotkeys for the snipping tool in windows 7 while in full screen watching a video. The toolbar won't raise during the video.

Please try this:

Step 1:

Click Start, and type Snipping Tool.

Right-click Snipping Tool from the search results, and click App Settings

Click Reset,

Click Repair.

Note: In Windows 11, there is no Snip and Sketch. It comes pre-installed with the new Snipping Tool (which replaces the old Snipping Tool and Snip & Sketch apps)

Step 2:

Turn off Focus assist if it's enabled

Step 3:

Open Services.msc and make sure that the following services are set to "Automatic" and running:

• Windows Push Notifications System Service
  
• Windows Push Notifications User Service
