Windows 10: Could somebody help me find a solution to my activation problem ?

Hi, my name is Cris and I'm not being able to activate my windows license I'm currently running W11 pro. Here's the thing... I got my digital license a few years ago when the Windows 10 was released I had Windows 8.1 back then, I don't remember corretly but I think it was because I made the transition right out of the gates and they were giving free access to people who were the first ones. Anyway, that was on my older computer and it was fine until the end of last year when I bought a new PC. I updated to the Windows 11 version and logged in my Microsoft account, the system activated but

I would suggest you to try the following steps.

1. Right Click on Start icon, then click
Run (Administrator), then type: slui.exe 4

2. Next press the 'ENTER' key

3. Select your 'Country' from the list.

4. Choose the 'Phone Activation' option.

5. Stay on the phone (do not select/press any options) and wait for a person to help you with activation.

6. Explain your problem clearly to the support person.

I suggest you to go through Phone activation to activate your Windows 10 copy.

To run Phone activation please follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows + R key.
  
• 
  Type slui 4 and hit enter.

  Select the Country or
  Region.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions.
