Windows 10: Could someone please help me with an issue ive been having with 2023-02 Cumulative Update...

Every time i would restart my pc to update it it says "We couldn't complete the update undoing changes" and it keeps happening. Is there a fix for this and how could i fix it?

Been trying to update 2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022845) and 2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022497) on windows 11 pc and it keeps saying error I need help

 

Install Error: 2023-02 Cumulative Update

I recently bought a new computer, Windows installed without a hitch and everything has been working perfectly.
Noticed I had some pending updates this morning and let it restart.
The computer is barely 2 days old, Windows was installed professionally along with necessary drivers.

One of the updates however, ran into an install error.
"2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022845)"
"Install error - 0x800f0823"

My old computer had a similar issue with Windows updates failing to install - (eventually all updates failed on that one.)
Is this a known issue with the update itself?

 

After installing both 2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 and 2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework My computer wont function. "0x80070422".
