  1. Could use a bit of help concerning a Bluetooth issue

Bluetooth issues seem to be a common thing here, but none of my symptoms seem to fully align with any other post I've seen.

Problem: Two nights ago, I went into bluetooth settings an unpaired my speaker bar. Yesterday morning, I'm doing the just woke up news crawl, and my computer made the device disconnected/reconnected sound about 3 times in a row. Not sure if it matters, but I want to say 5 sounds total. Dc/C/Dc/C/Dc. And my bluetooth mouse died. Went into bluetooth settings, and the option to turn bluetooth on/off was gone. Was also missing from the quick action bar. I also discovered at the time that one of my 4 usb ports in the built in tower hub stopped working, but that part fixed itself on one of the actions I took. One of the things that was recommended was to disable the device and re-enable it. That caused another problem, as whenever I enable the device, it causes my device manager to refresh every couple of seconds, and to cause dead air/lag in my mouse and keyboard.

Steps I have taken to try to fix problem.

    1. Disabled/attempted re-enabling of BT in device manager. No fix, more problems.
    2. uninstalled/reinstalled from device manager, no change.
    3. deleted drivers and windows reinstalled, no change.
    4. deleted drivers and installed from manufacturer, no change.
    5. attempted driver reinstall, and re-enabling from safe mode. No change, but enabling does not cause device manager to refresh, but is still disabled when I log in normally.
    6. Power drain/cycled tower, no change.
    7. Windows reset fixed USB problem, not bluetooth. BT problem still exists after updating again.

I also compared the driver version I have on my PC to manufacturer version, and are the same.

Any other thoughts or nugget of information I should try? Thanks in advance.

edit: I have an ASRock X370 motherboard if necessary.
