Windows 10: Could you give me a direct link to download Windows 11 version 23H2 ?

I don't get why I still can't download Windows 11 ISO via Microsoft official website. Instead it gives me this error message once I click on the "Confirm" button as the screenshot indicates below.I need a direct link to download Windows 11 Version 23H2 as ISO file in French language as soon as possible.

I get Download error 0x80248007 on 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) This is a new PC and I clicked retry and nothing happens. How to fix? - - - Updated - - - Ok NVM, Fixed I had to install the other updates before installing this one. All works now.
