Windows 10: Could you please help to provide Windows 11 Chinese Simplified, China offline language...

Hi Team,Recently, we have hundreds of laptop need to install Windows 11. We are an American company, we are using the international image for the laptop used in China.When I add Chinese Simplified, China language package, it's always have the error code: 0x800F0950. I concern we are using the international image, when we add the Chinese Simplified, China language package, if the request will point to the Microsoft server in USA? not in China? And the laptop in China is hard to access the server in USA? Sometimes it's can download it successfully after clicked "Download" button to try man

I followed the following procedure in window 10

• In the Cortana box type 'Region'.
  
• Click on 'Region and Language Settings'.
  
• Click on 'Add a Language'.
  
• From the list of languages select Chinese Simplified.
  
• Select Chinese (Simplified, China).
  
• Click on Language pack available.
  
• Click on Options button.
  

I did see Chinese (Simplified, China) Microsoft Pinyin when clicking to select language.

However, after selecting "Chinese (Simplified, China)", it actually produce Traditional Chinese when using pinyin keyboard in window 10

unable to change display language setting to simplified Chinese

When attempting to add a language, in the "choose a language to install" tab both Singapore simplified Chinese and China simplified Chinese are grey and I can not click on them for installation.

 

Chinese Simplified Language Pack failed to install

I encountered the exactly same problem as
new-inst-e2k7 did since I reinstalled my Windows (Windows 10 pro, version 10586.122 originally, and version 10586.164 after some updates now) on Mar. 8. I failed to install Chinese Simplified language pack many times yesterday
and today. I succeeded after rename the directory SoftwareDistribution
under C:\Windows to SoftwareDistribution.old, just as the above method says. By the way, both the Chinese (Simplified, China) and Chinese (Simplified, Singapore) language pack options under Time & Language > Region & Language
> Add a language > Chinese (Simplified) are not available for selecting, while those in Chinese (Traditional) are.
